One of the challenges for this project was combining three entities: Ken’s Artisan Bakery, Ken’s Artisan Pizza and Ken’s new book/James Beard Award winner “Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast” into a single website. It took some time to plan out/design so everything was separate but easy to navigate this but it was worth it. Thankfully we had some stellar photographs to work with from Alan Weiner as well.
